Our District

Roughly bordered by Broad Street on the east, Houston Street on the west, Government Street on the south and Springhill Avenue on the north, the Old Dauphin Way Historic District encompasses 766 acres and is the largest historic district in Mobile.

Placed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 30, 1984, the district includes homes of a wide variety of styles including Colonial Revivals, Victorian, and Craftsman bungalows.
